Lone Star Steakhouse

 

Known for true Texas taste, Lone Star Steakhouse had lost market share in double digits. There were also many inconsistencies within the restaurants.  A new menu and theme line, “A taste as big as Texas”, were the answer. The repositioning included a redesign of the entire chain, new radio, print, direct mail and merchandising. And most of all, a much needed infusion of fun.
